This application will generate a dial face for a torque meter, based on the
following inputs:
Size of dial face
Degrees for each major graduation
Torque value for each major graduation
Label for the dial
Font size for the torque value labels
Font size for the dial label
An example of a dial is shown below, and you may have to adjust the size of the
dial face, which is currently in inches, but is approximate based on the resolution
of your screen settings, to get the size to print correctly for your particular
torque meter...
